Hobson’s is a family business and a culmination of 25 years in the fish & chips trade.
They are proud to only serve the traditional British chip, specifically selected for its taste and texture, that they peel and cut themselves. They prepare and fry their fish and chips separately in pure vegetable oil (not containing animal, hydrogenated fats or additives).
They fry with the latest technology in frying so they can give their customers the best fish & chips meals they have ever had.
Paying homage to one of the oldest fish and chip shops in the UK Hobbs & Sons, they decided to name their restaurant Hobson’s.
